UK Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Fun Day 2007

The fun day is being held in Birmingham early in 2007, and is an unmissable opportunity to meet and find out about an exciting newcomer to the British dog community.

Several Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs - affectionately known as Swissies - will be in attendance. This large, friendly breed is eager to meet and greet, so cuddles will be in abundance and for free! The day includes a brief introduction to the breed, followed by plenty of time to encounter Swissies and talk to their owners, and also a raffle. Kimberley MacDonald of Samala Rottweilers & Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs has spent 6-7 years researching this fantastic breed, and is determined to give them the best start possible in the UK. She is founding the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Club of Great Britain, and has applied to the Kennel Club for the Swissy to be recognised within Britain.
